The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Åby this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Crywolf was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Edgy Darkness quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Stepping Thought started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Pampered Flower who started to galop and lost 50 m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Tough Boy took the lead rather easily.




Zacht accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Zacht were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Zacht didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
