One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bold As Love found a gap and took the lead. California Crown followed before Fobia.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Happy Legs looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that California Crown couldn't come out from behind the leader, Bold As Love.




Bold As Love was still in the lead after 1500m.




California Crown took the lead. Bold As Love gallopped 40 m after 2000m.



California Crown looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Happy Legs made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before California Crown.
