One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Portable Night took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Adventurous Thrasher started to galop and lost 40 m.

Vieux Guerrier saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Black Bomb started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Adventurous Thrasher was disturbed and galoped 50 m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Slippery Work took the lead rather easily.

Mrs Melbourne accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Mrs Melbourne didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

With only a little left of the race Beer On Fire galoped for 10 m. Mrs Melbourne were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Beer On Fire galop. Beer On Fire lost 20 m.

Portable Night won the race after a spectacular finish.
