The sun was shining on Dannero and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Le Eiffel could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Cheerful Bear was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.

Vervuld Gulden was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Le Eiffel looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Le Eiffel were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Vervuld Gulden sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
