The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Axevalla this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Quartier De L'oraly was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Pernilla T Johansson wanted a little to much in the start and Amoros Cherry galoped for 50 m. When the startcar left the field Mysterious Way started to galop and lost 30 m.




To The Maximum saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Mysterious Way took the lead after 1000m. To The Maximum didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Fat Brother accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Mysterious Way suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






To The Maximum won the race after a spectacular finish.
