One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Listening Rocket was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Shah Riar was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




Portable Runner quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Reach Out sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Reach Out followed by Listening Rocket and Pirates Captain. Lane two Portable Runner followed by Rocky Winner and Shah Riar.



Reach Out were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Reach Out didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
