The sun was shining on Vermo today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Spongebob Squarepants could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Muscular Hero saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Running Missile sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Running Missile was still in the lead after 1500m.




Running Missile didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Spongebob Squarepants litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Mauri Jaara tried a little too much on the homestretch and Spongebob Squarepants started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Honey Saint won. Running Missile came in second. Opmerkelijk caught third place.
