Only a humble breeze blew over Åby this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Little Forest was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Funky Garden started to galop and lost 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Love Flows, Angelique, Little Forest, Bikini Atoll, Glittering Midnight, Flordalie, Schoonheid, Funky Garden. A bird flew just in front of Funky Garden who started to galop and lost 10 m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Bikini Atoll took the lead rather easily. Flordalie was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Bikini Atoll was still in the lead after 1500m.

Bikini Atoll were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Funky Garden showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

No-one could catch Bikini Atoll today who won before Schoonheid and Flordalie.
