One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Govannon tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Solid Action that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Finding Family, Il Divin Codino, Dead Box, Loyal Sword, Solid Action, Govannon, Walking Doll, . A bird flew just in front of Walking Doll who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Solid Action looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Dead Box couldn't come out from behind the leader, Finding Family.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Finding Family followed by Govannon and Loyal Sword. Lane two Dead Box followed by Solid Action and Il Divin Codino.




Govannon seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



With only a little left of the race Govannon galoped for 10 m. Govannon kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Il Divin Codino sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
