One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Wandering Hope tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Tamtamtaataaa that came steaming ahead. Pinstripes Born To Late showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.




Jolly Bouquet saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Jolly Bouquet was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Jolly Bouquet today. It continued in the lead.



Jolly Bouquet were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Flower Top made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Almere Haven.
