One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Iceman took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Antoinette started to galop and lost 40 m. Sibelius Hof showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.

Iceman was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Antoinette started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Just Cruiser sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Bol Hyena to trotting so they were disqualified.

Confident Technology accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Just Cruiser gallopped for 10 m.

Confident Technology sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Final standings. 1 Hypnotized, 2 Ridgehead Cahore, 3 Confident Technology.
