The weather had been good all week and Arvika was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Shooting Mustache could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Big Money, Rubis Brillant, Ma Dalton, Light Rocket, Sliding Legend, Blue Hero, Gwendolyn, Express Sound.




Sliding Legend sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Blue Hero looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Blue Hero kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Blue Hero were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Gwendolyn won. Blue Hero came in second. Shooting Mustache caught third place.
