Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Axevalla track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sister Morphine found a gap and took the lead. Merci Beaucoup followed before Glowing Dancer. Sarah Swahn wanted a little to much in the start and Sister Morphine galoped for 50 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Psát, Glowing Dancer, Lonely Dream, Merci Beaucoup, Sister Morphine, Amber Meadow, Exotic Sunset, .




Merci Beaucoup sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Merci Beaucoup followed by Sister Morphine and Lonely Dream. Lane two Amber Meadow followed by Glowing Dancer and Psát.



Merci Beaucoup were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Håkan K Persson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Lonely Dream started to galopp and lost 40 m.




Amber Meadow made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Merci Beaucoup.
