One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Edmond took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Max Arraow started to galop and lost 30 m.

There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.

Max Arraow looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Iskender Boy couldn't come out from behind the leader, Edmond.

Edmond didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
