One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bol Power was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Giggling Lily sprinted to the front. Decisive Moment showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Pozo Del Tigre showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Sneaking Midnight galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Giggling Lily followed by Tough Paradigm and Brown Gentleman. Lane two Bol Power followed by Sneaking Midnight and Aggressive Motor.




Giggling Lily was still in the lead after 2000m.



With only a little left of the race Sneaking Midnight galoped for 20 m. Aggressive Motor galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Giggling Lily were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Pozo Del Tigre galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.




Bol Power won the race after a spectacular finish.
