The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Loviisa today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Farvel could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Heavy Motor was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




Monday Diamond quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Farvel took the lead after 1000m. Frosty Gal didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Farvel today. It continued in the lead.



Farvel looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Farvel didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
