One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Uses All Gears. Almere Haven ended up behind the leader. Rebel Heart got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Hard Rocket sprinted to the front.




Blossoming Sun took the lead after 1000m. Blue Ship didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Blossoming Sun followed by Blue Ship and Almere Haven. Lane two Halfway There followed by Rebel Heart and Uses All Gears.



Blue Ship suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Hard Rocket galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.




Halfway There won. Blossoming Sun came in second. Almere Haven caught third place.
