It had been raining for several days at Bergsåker but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Quick General. Lonely Lady ended up behind the leader. Handy Gentleman got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Naar De Toekomstig sprinted to the front.




Quick General looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Handy Gentleman couldn't come out from behind the leader, Naar De Toekomstig.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Naar De Toekomstig today. It continued in the lead.



Naar De Toekomstig looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Psychedelic Breakfast galoped way to long and was disqualified.




No-one could catch Naar De Toekomstig today who won before Handy Gentleman and Quick General.
