One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bright Wave was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Loving Fiber galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Counterfeit Girl sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Bright Wave was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Counterfeit Girl followed by Bianco Colomba and Loving Fiber. Lane two Bright Wave followed by Mcella and .




Counterfeit Girl didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Mcella showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Bright Wave was first on the homestretch followed by Counterfeit Girl and Bianco Colomba.






Bright Wave kept the speed the whole finish and won before Counterfeit Girl and Bianco Colomba.
