The weather had been good all week and Leangen was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Azalee Dodienville could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Urban Legend was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. Jomar Blekkan wanted a little to much in the start and Sliding Rocker galoped for 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Fierceful Muscle, Mad Garden, Urban Legend, Active Bomb, Purple Meadow, Azalee Dodienville, Twedwr, Quirky. Shining Box was disturbed and galoped 40 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Active Bomb saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

With only a little left of the race Azalee Dodienville galoped for 30 m. Sudden Wave suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Shining Box galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.

Twedwr sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
