One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Whispering Wonder tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Extending Index that came steaming ahead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Extending Index clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.



Whispering Wonder was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Extending Index clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.






Extending Index didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
