It had been raining for several days at Klosterskogen but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Starksomfan Pegasos could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Starksomfan Pegasos clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Pas De Promettre looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Pas De Promettre sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Final standings. 1 Starksomfan Pegasos, 2 Pas De Promettre, 3 Power Star.
