It had been raining for several days at Bergsåker but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





The Butcher took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Lone Admiral, The Insider, De Les Ciel, Punching Gentleman, Whatever Tropic, Running Technology, Prince Flame, Goliathor.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Lone Admiral followed by Prince Flame and The Butcher. Lane two Goliathor followed by Slippery Moment and De Les Ciel.




Lone Admiral was still in the lead after 2000m.



Lone Admiral kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Slippery Moment sprinted over the finishline before The Butcher and Prince Flame.
