One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Tricky Sparrow was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Tricky Sparrow was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Controller took the lead after 1000m. Tricky Sparrow didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Controller today. It continued in the lead.




Controller didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Controller looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Tricky Sparrow never caught up with Controller who won. Drago Volante came third.
