One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Platinum Comet. Hay Hay ended up behind the leader. Gwendolyn got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

Gwendolyn saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Shoebill Cherry looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Platinum Comet couldn't come out from behind the leader, Gwendolyn.

Shoebill Cherry saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Shoebill Cherry kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

Shoebill Cherry looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Gwendolyn sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
