One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Punching Comet took the lead after a very quick start.




Batigol quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Chaplin Hof started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Punching Comet sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Batigol looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Batigol were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Punching Comet won. Batigol came in second. Mississippi Riot caught third place.
