The weather had been good all week and Kemijärvi was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Très Important found a gap and took the lead. Silver Hero followed before Bab Ezzouar.




Très Important was in fine shape and held the lead. Très Important was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Bab Ezzouar sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Bab Ezzouar today. It continued in the lead.



Bab Ezzouar kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Bab Ezzouar didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
