The weather had been good all week and Hoting was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Talisman was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

Thinking Behemoth saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Thinking Behemoth clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Sonderlich showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Vurenhout galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Criminal Twister looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Idona Larockma galloped for 40 m.

With only a little left of the race Criminal Twister galoped for 10 m. Flower Sparkle speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Vurenhout was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.

Famous Nugget made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Wolly Top.
