The sun was shining on Leangen today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Quaffable tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Colonne that came steaming ahead. Per Oleg Midtfjeld wanted a little to much in the start and Luxe Réjouir galoped for 50 m.

Stunning Orchid saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Magic Venus was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

Playing Red took the lead after 1000m. Moneypenny Face didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Texas Wildcat galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Playing Red followed by Quaffable and Ljungsbroexpressen. Lane two Colonne followed by Moneypenny Face and Stunning Orchid. Colonne started to gallop after 1500m and Jomar Blekkan had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Quaffable took the lead.

Quaffable were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

No-one could catch Quaffable today who won before Colonne and Ljungsbroexpressen.
