One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stifling Cup found a gap and took the lead. Active Piece followed before Européen. When the startcar left the field Frosty Stardust started to galop and lost 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Européen sprinted to the front.




Européen was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Frosty Stardust galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Européen followed by Fredericia and Bold Electra. Lane two Stifling Cup followed by Active Piece and Shining Witch.



Européen kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Active Piece won. Européen came in second. Stifling Cup caught third place.
