It had been raining for several days at Lycksele but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Mad Pearl sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

The leader got disturbed by something and Glowing Starshine took the lead rather easily.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Glowing Starshine today. It continued in the lead.




Glowing Starshine sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Glowing Starshine kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Glowing Starshine. Mad Pearl came in second. Gorgeous Angel became third.
