One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sergeant Sniper found a gap and took the lead. Old Energy followed before Light Power. When the startcar left the field Light Stone started to galop and lost 30 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Light Power clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Sergeant Sniper followed by Old Energy and Monday Top. Lane two Light Power followed by Front Moment and Walking Boots. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Light Stone gallopped for 50 m.



Sergeant Sniper kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






No-one could catch Light Power today who won before Sergeant Sniper and Old Energy.
