One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





The Queen found a gap and took the lead. Colonne followed before Moneypenny Face. Ulf Eriksson wanted a little to much in the start and Fair Wonder galoped for 50 m.




Moneypenny Face saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Anbetungswürdig Sieg looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Texas Wildcat couldn't come out from behind the leader, Moneypenny Face.




Anbetungswürdig Sieg accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Anbetungswürdig Sieg was still in the lead after 2000m.



driver couldn't keep Texas Wildcat to trotting so they were disqualified. Colonne suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Moneypenny Face made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Anbetungswürdig Sieg.
