One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Platinum Comet found a gap and took the lead. Stopping Ship followed before Facit.




Facit quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Stopping Ship looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Sunday Maid couldn't come out from behind the leader, Facit.




Stopping Ship saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Platinum Comet gallopped for 30 m.



Stopping Ship kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Sunday Maid made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Stopping Ship.
