The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Drammen this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Calming Mind tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Prospectus that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Prospectus started to galop and lost 30 m.




Calming Mind saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Calming Mind clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Calming Mind followed by Prospectus and Frozen Boy. Lane two Fighting Missile followed by Loyal Striker and Impatient Breath.




Fighting Missile put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Fighting Missile sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






No-one could catch Fighting Missile today who won before Impatient Breath and Prospectus.
