One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Black Mustache was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. The leader couldn't hold the lead and Johan Palema sprinted to the front. Whiskey sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Intelligent Admiral suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m. Nothing seemed to be able to stop Whiskey today. It continued in the lead. Johan Palema suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead. Johan Palema kept the speed the whole finish and won before Holiday Hof and Black Mustache. Results
