Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Kalmar track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Radiating Jewel could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Radiating Jewel clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Queens Homme was disturbed and galoped 40 m.



With only a little left of the race Earl Force galoped for 30 m. Radiating Jewel clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Earl Force galop. Earl Force lost 40 m.
