One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Comet Clipper took the lead after a very quick start.

This is the positions after 500m. Ididitlasttime, Light Stone, The Right Thing, Just Play, Mojo Pin, Desolate Death, Shooting Architecture, Comet Clipper.

Light Stone looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Desolate Death couldn't come out from behind the leader, Ididitlasttime.

Light Stone accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Light Stone didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Cheerful Folder gallopped 20 m after 2000m.

With only a little left of the race Carbon galoped for 20 m. The Right Thing suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Ididitlasttime sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
