One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Criminal Shadow took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Flying Runner sprinted to the front.




Criminal Shadow looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Beautiful Venus couldn't come out from behind the leader, Flying Runner.




Flying Runner was still in the lead after 1500m.




Criminal Shadow put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Criminal Shadow sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






No-one could catch Criminal Shadow today who won before Flying Runner and Active Bomb.
