Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Jägersro track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Rolling Wave could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Rolling Wave started to galop and lost 30 m.

Moonshine Pegasos quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

The leader got disturbed by something and In Command took the lead rather easily.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one In Command followed by Ticking Heat and London War. Lane two Moonshine Pegasos followed by Rolling Wave and Blue Rose Belinda.

In Command kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Ticking Heat gallopped 10 m after 2000m.

In Command were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Ticking Heat made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Rolling Wave.
