It had been raining for several days at Örebro but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were C.C. Box. Grande Fierté ended up behind the leader. Gold Ginger Whirlwind got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Sneaky Sword started to galop and lost 10 m.

Sneaky Sword saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Jumping Darkness took the lead after 1000m. Polnareff didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Tamtamtaataaa took the lead after 1000m. Cunning Bomb didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Per Lennartsson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Grande Fierté started to galopp and lost 20 m.

C.C. Box sprinted over the finishline before Tamtamtaataaa and Cunning Bomb.
