One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Fly By Night took the lead after a very quick start.

There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.

The leader got disturbed by something and Loving Cookie took the lead rather easily.

Cheerful Bear looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Cheerful Bear were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Fly By Night sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
