One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Polished Behemoth. Grand Master ended up behind the leader. Shooting Rock got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Der Verschollene showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping. Johan Wiman wanted a little to much in the start and Pozo Del Tigre galoped for 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Shooting Rock, Polished Behemoth, Modestine, Grand Master, Drago Volante, Sad Diary, Shining Mambo, Hoping Boulder. A bird flew just in front of Hoping Boulder who started to galop and lost 10 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Grand Master suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m. Pozo Del Tigre galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Polished Behemoth saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Drago Volante showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.



Polished Behemoth looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Polished Behemoth didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
