One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Blue Hero was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Blue Hero was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Blue Hero clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Blue Hero was still in the lead after 1500m.



Polished Bear litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Blue Hero never caught up with Polished Bear who won. Falling Meadow came third.
