One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Songer Ruine was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Light Power quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Deer Hunter started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Light Power clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Light Power followed by Mr Troubadour and Deer Hunter. Lane two Songer Ruine followed by Falk and Neon Knights. Falk started to gallop after 1500m and Ann-Kristin Rasmussen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Songer Ruine put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Songer Ruine looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Mr Troubadour sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
