The sun was shining on Skellefteå and it was a perfect day for trotting. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Bordsdamen was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Quick Missile quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Fighting Paradigm took the lead after 1000m. Quick Missile didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Comfortable Thrasher accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Bordsdamen gallopped for 10 m. driver couldn't keep Glamorous Top to trotting so they were disqualified. Comfortable Thrasher were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line. Comfortable Thrasher kept the speed the whole finish and won before Quick Missile and Bordsdamen. Results
