One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Perfect Windy tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Indian Queen that came steaming ahead.

Rini Cherry saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Legion D'liberty galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Tamina was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Blossoming Dream was disturbed and galoped 40 m.

Rini Cherry clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Wandering Hope galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.

Maple Temptress looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Rose Of Alabama galloped for 30 m. Rini Cherry started to gallop after 1500m and Linda Allercrantz had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Rose Of Alabama seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead. Wandering Hope was disturbed and gallopped for 10 m.

Rose Of Alabama were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Tamina galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.

Maple Temptress won. Perfect Windy came in second. Indian Queen caught third place.
