The sun was shining on Färjestad today. A perfect day for trotting.
The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.
Afrodite found a gap and took the lead.
Golden Dynamite followed before
Rêve D'hawaï. Diamond Magic suddenly started to galop. Conrad Lugauer had to struggle to get Diamond Magic to tror again and succeded after 10 m.
Afrodite was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. driver couldn't keep
Reed Sing to trotting so they were disqualified.
Afrodite clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.
Rêve D'hawaï saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.
Heart And Soul started to gallop after 1500m and Jorma Kontio had to struggle to get it back in trotting.
Iron Maiden was disturbed and galopped for 10 m.
Reed Sing was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.
Iron Maiden was first on the homestretch followed by
Rêve D'hawaï and
Proud Gift.
Åke Svanstedt tried a little too much on the homestretch and
Rêve D'hawaï started to galopp and lost 20 m.
Winner of todays race was
Iron Maiden.
Proud Gift came in second.
Afrodite became third.
