One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Modest Ring could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Modest Ring was in fine shape and held the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Cool Cat galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Modest Ring was still in the lead after 1500m.




Modest Ring kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Quick Wolf was first on the homestretch followed by Quick To Judge and Starshine Mistress.

Modest Ring galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.




Quick To Judge won. Starshine Mistress came in second. Quick Wolf caught third place.
