One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Tough Boy. American Winner ended up behind the leader. Open Heart Surgery got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and American Winner sprinted to the front.




Tough Boy looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Open Heart Surgery couldn't come out from behind the leader, American Winner.




Open Heart Surgery looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Tough Boy speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Open Heart Surgery sprinted over the finishline before Tough Boy and American Winner.
